This is exactly what it’s title suggests, Wii Fit plus more, there is now even an option to register your pet and baby as a Mii and weigh them, but my dog found it hard to hold the Wii remote to play most of the games.
The first thing you will notice is that all of your Wii Fit data gets carried over as soon as you start the software, it contains all of the previous exercises from Wii fit but with extra muscle and Yoga workouts and so all of your stats and leaderboards remain intact.
There are now two new options available on the menu screen the most important one for fitness is the Wii Fit plus option, this allows you to customize your workout and exercises where you select what you would like to concentrate on whether it be certain body parts, all over fitness, your posture or Mind and body and the software will suggest the best exercises for your selections.
Or you can select multiple activities for an entirely personalised flowing routine that continues one after the other rather than having to stop after each exercise to choose another one.
The other main change is Training Plus that contains12 new mini games and 3 improved ones to play including Snowball fight, Kung Fu, Juggling, obstacle coarse and my personal favourite Skateboarding where you can jump, rail slide and perform half pipe maneuvers even taking your back foot off the balance board to push against the floor and increase your speed.
There is such a variety here that you will be so busy having fun that you actually forget that you are up, active and improving your health, posture, fitness level and balance.
There is also a multiplayer option available from the start screen to play a few of the mini games where you and your friends/family can take turns at the same activity and it will even have the player at the top of the leader boards Mii head in a bubble racing along side of you to give you an indication as to how you are going by comparison.
