TWO hundred people, including an impressive contingent of northern suburbs' activists, gathered at Shellharbour's Reddall Reserve to raise their concerns over issues with Wollongong and Shellharbour Councils on Sunday.
The soapbox rally and march across the Windang Bridge was organised to highlight protestors concerns over the lack of community consultation procedures within both councils.
The protest has come after Wollongong City Council's decision to disband neighbourhood committees and included guest speakers from the Greens and Liberal parties.
Other speakers included community activists Cate Wilson and Dave Beswick.
