CORRIMAL based parliamentarian David Campbell was sworn in as the State's new Minister for Water Utilities on Friday.
NSW Premier Morris Iemma announced his new cabinet line-up last week with Keira MP David Campbell gaining the high profile water utilities to his portfolio.
Mr Campbell said he looked forward to adding the challenge of water utilities to his already portfolios of small business, regional development and minister responsible for Illawarra.
Mr Campbell, 48, was elected to State Parliament in 1999 after a stint as Wollongong Lord Mayor, serving on the NSW backbench before his cabinet elevation in Bob Carr's Government in 2003.
