AUSTINMER OTTERS

Attendance 40, water 16c. The monthly point score was awarded to Warren Hodge and the final of the sprint went to Ben Cotterill from his dad Paul. The week before the Otters made the long trip to compete against the Dubbo Ducks where they were successful in the 25m sprint and were clear winners in the 10 man relay. The "Mushroom Growing" trophy was won by Ian Starr.

BELLAMBI BLUE BOTTLES

Attendance 12, water 17c. Due to the visit by 11 members to North Curl Curl, only the relay was contested at home. This was won by Paul Shepherd's team of Brad Mathie and Col Hewitt from Jim Rentoul's men and Peter Wearing's side. At North Curl Curl, members joined in with 25 Cool Cats with Earl Canvin and Phil Green winning their heats. Phil then went on to take 3rd place in the final. Neil Robertson, Garry Parker and Phil Green then teamed up with Cool Cat swimmers to win the relay.

CORRIMAL MARLINS

Attendance 22, water 16.5c. Three heats were conducted with Terry Blanch successful in the first from Ray Death and Marty Grubb; Dave Bourgeois was first home in the second, with Nick Lyth and Vern Murphy filling the places; and heat 3 was claimed by Lindsay Petty from Mark Lightfoot and Warren Wong. Marty then won the final from Terry and Dave.

Dooley's men took out the relay from Tobin's team and Lightfoot's side.

This Sunday the club hosts the Balgownie Cricket Club at 9.30am.
